What is Coeso? It is a self-supporting postformed high-pressure-laminate panel (Print HPL) for inside and outside applications.
The top layer is made from a melamine-resin-impregnated decorative paper with a protective overlay. Thickness is determined by several sheets of Kraft papers impregnated with thermosetting resins. The joint action of heat and pressure produces polycondensation of the resin, thus creating a compact and long-lasting product.
The manufacturing process for the Coeso® bending does not change the laminate physical-chemical structure and its surface features.
The bending technologies and the characteristics of the compact laminate allow the production of particularly unlimited shapes and articles. Customization is possible by CNC drilling and cutting, before the panel bending is done.
Standard Coeso® for interiors is a very versatile product, resistant to, wear, water, abrasion, acts of vandalism, scratches, impacts, cigarettes burns, micro-organisms .
Coeso Meg® for outside applications is resistant to sunlight, frost, dampness and acid rain.
